Reset 4: Catalog pruning
About 15 percent of prior listings were removed as delisted or unreliable. The remaining listings are in stock or on active restock cycles. Signal-to-noise went up meaningfully.
Reset 5: Mobile experience rebuilt
Category browsing on phones was rebuilt from scratch. Filter chips replaced accordions; dropdowns no longer overflow. Mobile went from painful to genuinely usable.
